e-Learning for Secondary Education

E-learning is a kind of methodology which people can use to deliver the education. Distance is eliminated because the e -learning content is designed with media that can be accessed through properly equipped computer terminals and other means of accessibility technologies. Learning has advantage of taking classes at any time any where. Such online programs require some form of learning management system (virtual learning environment (VLE)) to support the teaching and learning processes. This VLE’s can have a learning management system (LMS). When we use e-Learning for secondary education we can make a complete virtual environment for school students.

However, having only a VLE may not be quite effective. It would be more appropriate to use a blended environment for young students. Teachers can encourage and help students to use virtual environment. Since learning in VLE is based on a learner centric environment the teacher is not visible. The main objective of this research is to find out the best way to build an online learning framework in promoting e-Learning in the secondary education. This is VLE for secondary school student. Student can access school VLE, and then there will be another VLE called regional VLE and there will be a national level VLE .Basically these are linked VLE’s but student can’t see them. They can log these three systems at different times. They can’t access one VLE through another VLE.
